Fax a completed Remote Wire Transfer Request form to 405.840.0862. Please note that you may be contacted at the telephone number listed on your account once the Remote Wire Transfer Request form is received by Vio Bank. To request the Remote Wire Transfer form, please call Vio Bank Customer Service at 888.999.9170.

What should I do if I would like to receive the funds from my matured Vio Bank CD?
At maturity, if you choose not renew your CD, or would like to change the term of the CD, please contact a Vio Bank customer service representative within 10 days of your maturity date by calling 888.999.9170 and choosing option 0.

What is required to initiate an outgoing wire transfer?
Mail a signed and notarized Wire Authorization form to the Vio Bank, P.O. Box 76149, Oklahoma City, OK 73147. To request the Wire Authorization form, please call Vio Bank Customer Service at 888.999.9170. Please note that a Wire Authorization form must be on file at least 72 hours in advance of initiating outgoing wire transfers.

Does it cost anything to use Online Banking or the mobile app?
No, online banking and the mobile app are free to all Vio Bank savings, money market savings and CD customers. Please note that you will need to enroll in Online Banking prior to accessing Mobile Banking.1

What types of accounts are eligible for funds transfer?
Only savings and money market savings accounts are eligible for funds transfer. An error message will appear if you attempt to transfer funds either to or from an ineligible account, such as a CD. Through the External Transfer feature in Online Banking, you will be able to transfer money from and to your accounts at other banks.

With Online Banking, you can manage your accounts online with secure technology and a variety of different services available. Online Banking offers access to your savings, money market savings and CD accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition to viewing real-time account information and your transaction history, you can view eStatements, download account information to Microsoft® Money or Quicken®, initiate stop payments, make transfers, send secure emails to Vio Bank and receive alert notifications.
